Shipping

Fishchick uses TOLL Priority, Fastway Road Couriers Australia Post for shipping product.  We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available.  All orders ship from our facility in South East Queensland.

All orders are subject to a one to four day processing period.  Delivery expectations begin on date of shipment, not the order date.   Fishchick uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd day delivery.  

Fishchick does not offer International shipping options at this time.

Shipping Livestock - Fishchick has extensive experience shipping lifestocks all over Australia, be it plants or fishes.  All livestocks will be carefully and personally packed by Jodi-Lea herself. 

We add heat packs or cold packs as the weather determines.  There is no charge for this.  We believe the welfare of the fish is paramount, and wont compromise on their safety.

How Shipping is Calculated - Shipping charges will be based on either the total weight of product or the total volume of product, whichever is most applicable.

The final charge includes packaging, handling and any applicable service fees or taxes.
